Core Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth across fintech operations, payment solutions, and customer financial platforms
• Build commercial frameworks for revenue optimization, financial product performance, and long-term profitability
• Strengthen customer acquisition strategies and service delivery models across digital finance channels
• Improve merchant onboarding, customer servicing, and payment transaction performance
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, operations, and technology teams to ensure operational excellence
• Design scalable product expansion strategies across digital payments and financial access solutions
• Introduce automation initiatives for operational productivity and customer satisfaction improvement
• Build executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for strategic business visibility
• Strengthen ecosystem partnerships with payment processors and financial infrastructure providers
• Ensure governance readiness across financial operations and compliance expectations
• Support regional market expansion across GCC financial services opportunities
• Lead high-performing teams across operations, growth strategy, and commercial delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or Financial Technology
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 9+ years of experience in fintech strategy, operations, or financial services leadership
• Strong expertise in commercial finance, payment operations, and customer growth strategies
• Understanding of Oman’s financial services ecosystem and regulatory environment
• Proven leadership across business transformation and operational excellence programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication capability
• Advanced strategic planning and commercial execution skills
