The successful candidate will lead operational transformation initiatives focused on automation, performance management, financial controls, and customer-centric service delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational oversight across financial transactions, customer servicing, and payment support functions
• Strengthen internal processes across digital finance operations, settlements, reconciliation, and workflow controls
• Improve service efficiency across onboarding, account servicing, payment support, and transaction resolution
• Design and implement automation initiatives for operational productivity and risk reduction
• Build operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement strategies across all departments
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs, SLA performance, and customer satisfaction outcomes
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to maintain strong governance and audit readiness
• Lead business continuity planning and operational resilience programs
• Strengthen vendor management and third-party service performance oversight
• Drive digital transformation projects for legacy operational process modernization
• Deliver executive reporting and strategic operational recommendations to leadership teams
• Build talent development programs for operational leadership succession planning
• Ensure alignment with Saudi financial regulations and enterprise governance standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of operations leadership experience within fintech, payments, or banking environments
• Strong expertise in operational control, service optimization, and transaction management
• Understanding of Saudi financial operations and regulatory frameworks
• Experience leading transformation initiatives in high-volume financial environments
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Proven leadership across performance improvement and operational strategy
