Position Summary

The Remote Director of Digital Wealth Infrastructure & Portfolio Intelligence will architect the digital foundation for intelligent investment ecosystems, uniting multi-asset data orchestration, AI-powered financial analytics, and regional capital market integration into a unified, adaptive platform for modern wealth creation.
Role Objectives
This executive appointment is dedicated to establishing Kuwait as a competitive digital wealth hub within the GCC by constructing scalable digital platforms that enhance transparency, personalization, and real-time performance optimization for investors. The Director will integrate predictive modeling, behavioral analytics, and hybrid-cloud wealth ecosystems to support next-generation advisory services and portfolio intelligence solutions.
Core Responsibilities

Design and implement cross-asset digital wealth management platforms utilizing advanced data pipelines and algorithmic modeling.

Drive the development of hybrid-cloud infrastructure for multi-asset investment analytics, leveraging machine learning and microservices.

Integrate real-time risk optimization frameworks and algorithmic rebalancing systems aligned with client objectives.

Define data interoperability standards between financial institutions, custodians, and digital platforms.

Lead research on market sentiment modeling, ESG data integration, and AI-enhanced asset allocation.

Oversee full lifecycle delivery of digital advisory systems, from concept through architecture and global deployment.

Partner with regional regulators and innovation bodies to ensure adherence to international data governance and financial transparency principles.
Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or Computational Economics.

10+ years in digital wealth management, portfolio analytics, or fintech system design.

Deep familiarity with API-based investment ecosystems, robo-advisory frameworks, and asset tokenization models.

Expertise in Python, R, and cloud-based data science platforms.
