Strategic Mandate
This role exists at the absolute control layer of modern digital payments ecosystems. The Supreme Director of Digital Payments Intelligence & Transaction Orchestration is entrusted with designing, governing, and continuously evolving the intelligence that determines how transactions flow, adapt, self-optimize, and resolve across complex fintech payment environments.
This mandate is not limited to payment rails. It governs transaction cognition, orchestration logic, exception intelligence, routing decision frameworks, and system-level payment behavior under extreme scale and velocity.
Core Responsibilities

Architect intelligent transaction-orchestration frameworks governing routing, prioritization, and execution across digital payment systems.

Define logic for adaptive transaction behavior, including dynamic routing, failover intelligence, and performance-based decisioning.

Oversee platforms enabling real-time authorization, clearing coordination, and settlement readiness.

Establish architectural standards for resilience, observability, and deterministic transaction outcomes.

Lead the integration of payments intelligence with digital wallets, embedded finance platforms, and real-time financial services.

Design governance models for transaction exception handling, dispute logic, and systemic risk containment.

Build and direct senior multidisciplinary teams spanning fintech engineering, systems intelligence, and financial operations design.
Required Executive Profile

16+ years of experience in fintech payments systems, transaction platforms, or large-scale financial processing environments.

Deep expertise in payment orchestration, real-time processing, and systems intelligence design.

Demonstrated leadership over mission-critical, high-throughput financial platforms.

Exceptional ability to align technical architecture with financial performance outcomes.

Strong international fintech exposure is mandatory.
Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (UAE)

Base Salary: AED 85,000 – 115,000 per month

Annual Executive Bonus: 40% – 60% of base (linked to system performance, transaction success rates, and scalability metrics)
