Role Overview

This executive role focuses on digital lending platform architecture, credit intelligence systems, and portfolio lifecycle orchestration. The Director will oversee end-to-end digital credit ecosystems, integrating origination, underwriting, pricing, servicing, and portfolio analytics. The mandate is to design adaptive, automated, and data-driven lending systems capable of handling dynamic market conditions and regulatory requirements.

The position involves strategic oversight of AI-driven credit scoring, automated portfolio optimization, and system-wide operational efficiency across cross-border lending platforms.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Architect scalable digital lending platforms supporting consumer, SME, and structured credit products.

  • Lead the development of AI-driven credit intelligence engines for real-time underwriting, scoring, and portfolio management.

  • Integrate dynamic pricing, risk controls, and operational automation into end-to-end workflows.

  • Establish governance frameworks for portfolio transparency, compliance, and performance monitoring.

  • Partner with analytics, risk, and operational teams to enhance borrower experience and efficiency.

  • Serve as strategic authority on digital lending innovation, regulatory alignment, and cross-border platform design.

Required Expertise

  • Advanced experience in digital lending systems, credit modeling, and portfolio analytics.

  • Expertise in AI-enabled decision systems, automated risk control, and high-availability lending architectures.

  • Proven track record in designing large-scale, cross-border digital lending platforms.

  • Strong leadership in strategic system governance, compliance, and operational excellence.

Compensation Structure (Indicative – Qatar)

  • Base Monthly Salary: QAR 48,000 – QAR 68,000

  • Annual Portfolio Performance Bonus: QAR 200,000 – QAR 380,000
