An internationally expanding fintech institution is seeking an accomplished Director of Digital Identity & Trust Services to lead the strategy, governance, and implementation of secure digital identity solutions that support customer authentication, account protection, financial onboarding, and trusted digital interactions across enterprise financial platforms.
This strategic leadership role combines innovation, cybersecurity, compliance, and customer experience to establish highly resilient identity ecosystems that enable secure and frictionless financial services throughout the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise digital identity and trust strategies.
- Oversee customer identity lifecycle management and authentication frameworks.
- Lead implementation of biometric and multi-factor authentication solutions.
- Strengthen fraud prevention through identity intelligence.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and engineering teams.
- Define governance standards for identity and access management.
- Evaluate emerging identity technologies and financial security innovations.
- Monitor operational performance through executive KPIs.
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives supporting digital trust.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree or executive certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fintech, banking technology, cybersecurity, or identity management.
- Strong understanding of digital identity architecture and financial security frameworks.
