Role Purpose
This position is established as a senior fintech governance and policy-architecture mandate, responsible for shaping how digital financial systems are structured, regulated, evaluated, and future-proofed. The role is fully remote, while intellectually aligned with Kuwait’s evolving digital finance environment.
The position is not compliance execution, licensing administration, or legal drafting. Instead, it focuses on designing high-level regulatory logic and policy frameworks that enable innovation while preserving systemic stability.
Strategic Mandate

Design forward-looking fintech policy architectures for digital payments, platforms, and financial services

Develop conceptual regulatory frameworks for emerging financial technologies

Analyse systemic risks associated with fintech adoption and platform scaling

Define governance principles for digital financial ecosystems

Advise on long-term alignment between financial innovation and market stability

Produce policy-grade documents, strategic briefs, and regulatory frameworks

Ideal Professional Profile

15–20+ years in fintech policy, financial regulation, or financial services strategy

Ability to work independently and authoritatively
