Role Overview
Corporate banking is undergoing a transformation driven by digitalization and real-time financial visibility. This role is for a leader who can design and deliver advanced cash management and corporate banking solutions tailored to modern businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital corporate banking products, including cash management solutions
- Design systems for real-time cash visibility, liquidity management, and payments
- Integrate corporate banking platforms with ERP systems and business applications
- Build solutions for multi-currency accounts, treasury management, and payment automation
- Collaborate with corporate clients to understand and address complex financial needs
- Monitor performance metrics such as client adoption, transaction volumes, and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and operational standards
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in corporate banking, fintech, or financial services
- Strong understanding of cash management, treasury operations, and corporate finance
- Experience designing digital banking solutions for enterprises
- Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP integrations and API-based financial solutions
- Knowledge of trade finance and working capital solutions
- Familiarity with digital transformation in corporate banking
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
