Position Overview
The Director of Digital Banking Transformation will lead the modernization of core digital banking systems and drive the UAE’s progression toward intelligent, data-driven financial ecosystems. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and strategic expertise in open banking, cloud-native architecture, and fintech integration across digital payment and wealth management platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Architect cloud-based digital banking frameworks integrating API-driven open finance capabilities.

Lead transformation initiatives across mobile banking, payment systems, and digital customer experience.

Oversee cybersecurity, fraud analytics, and data governance across digital channels.

Develop strategic alliances with fintech partners to expand embedded finance ecosystems.

Utilize AI and data analytics to personalize banking services and optimize operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards governing digital banking operations.

Drive end-to-end innovation from product design to cross-border payments modernization.
Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or Financial Technology.

10+ years’ experience in digital banking transformation or fintech platform strategy.

Proven expertise in open banking, API integration, and data security governance.

Strong leadership in cross-functional, multi-market fintech ecosystems.
