Position Overview
We are looking for a Director of Digital Asset Innovation to lead blockchain-driven finance initiatives and accelerate UAE’s role as a fintech hub. The role requires executive-level leadership, cross-border regulatory expertise, and hands-on experience in decentralized finance and tokenization models.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute strategies for blockchain adoption, tokenized assets, and digital settlements.

Establish governance and compliance frameworks aligned with UAE Central Bank and international standards.

Oversee development of smart contract applications, secure custody, and enterprise blockchain systems.

Lead remote teams across engineering, compliance, and product innovation.

Partner with regional and global stakeholders to position UAE as a blockchain leader.
Qualifications

12+ years of leadership in fintech, blockchain, or digital capital markets.

Deep knowledge of DLT, enterprise-grade blockchain solutions, and digital finance regulation.

Strong track record of delivering multi-market financial technology solutions.

Master’s degree or PhD in Finance, Cryptography, or Technology preferred.
