Role Overview
Qatar is advancing toward self-adaptive, cognitive fintech ecosystems where AI-driven intelligence governs risk, liquidity, and investment strategy. The Remote Director of Cognitive Fintech Ecosystems & Autonomous Risk Intelligence will develop platforms that continuously monitor, predict, and adjust to market conditions autonomously, integrating deep learning, multi-agent simulations, and decentralized finance principles.
This role positions Qatar at the forefront of AI-powered financial risk governance, combining quantitative finance, machine intelligence, and strategic system design.
Key Responsibilities

Architect cognitive fintech platforms capable of autonomous liquidity optimization and risk mitigation.

Develop AI-based simulation engines to forecast macroeconomic and market scenarios.

Integrate decentralized finance protocols with institutional liquidity networks.

Implement algorithmic compliance systems aligned with both national and international regulations.

Oversee predictive portfolio optimization models powered by reinforcement learning and neural networks.

Establish governance protocols for AI transparency, explainable decision-making, and ethical financial behavior.
Qualifications

PhD or advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Quantitative Finance, or Systems Engineering.

10+ years of experience in fintech ecosystem architecture, AI-driven risk management, or advanced trading platforms.

Expertise in reinforcement learning, neural networks, and multi-agent financial simulations.
