Role Overview
We are hiring a Director of Blockchain Strategy to lead the adoption and governance of blockchain-based financial infrastructures for the UAE market. This role requires executive leadership, strong regulatory acumen, and technical expertise in distributed ledger technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Define strategic frameworks for digital asset tokenization, decentralized finance, and blockchain payments.

Oversee the design of secure custody, settlement, and smart contract governance systems.

Ensure compliance with global AML/KYC, FATF standards, and UAE-specific regulations.

Drive collaboration with fintech accelerators, global vendors, and financial institutions.

Manage remote teams across product, compliance, and engineering to deliver blockchain-enabled solutions.
Qualifications

12+ years in fintech, blockchain, or capital markets leadership.

Expertise in DLT, digital asset custody, and enterprise-grade blockchain applications.

Strong exposure to international and GCC fintech regulations.

Advanced degree in Finance, Cryptography, or Technology preferred.
