Role Mandate
This role is dedicated to the design and oversight of institutional-grade blockchain and digital asset infrastructures, supporting tokenized assets, decentralized financial primitives, and programmable financial instruments.
Aligned with the broader GCC fintech evolution and executed entirely remotely, the position emphasizes scalable ledger architectures, digital asset custody frameworks, and enterprise blockchain interoperability.
Key Strategic Responsibilities

Architect blockchain-based systems for token issuance, settlement, custody, and lifecycle management

Design interoperability frameworks connecting distributed ledgers with traditional financial systems

Establish governance models for on-chain risk, transaction validation, and digital asset control

Lead evaluations of public, private, and hybrid ledger architectures

Monitor global regulatory developments affecting digital assets, tokenization, and distributed finance

Serve as a strategic advisor on the future convergence of traditional finance and decentralized systems
Technical & Architectural Requirements

Deep expertise in distributed ledger technologies, cryptographic systems, and consensus mechanisms

Experience designing secure, scalable, and auditable digital asset platforms

Strong understanding of institutional custody, transaction finality, and on-chain governance

Ability to translate complex blockchain concepts into enterprise-ready architectures
Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years in fintech infrastructure, blockchain engineering, or financial systems architecture
