Role Overview
Kuwait is advancing toward intelligent blockchain governance frameworks that merge innovation with regulatory precision. The Remote Director of Blockchain Governance & Regulatory Intelligence will oversee the design of a multi-chain regulatory ecosystem, combining AI-based compliance, smart contract auditing, and decentralized asset governance.
This role positions Kuwait as a leading GCC hub for secure, transparent, and auditable digital asset markets.
Key Responsibilities

Design blockchain governance systems integrating AI-assisted regulatory intelligence and smart contract compliance.

Develop autonomous monitoring tools for cross-border asset transfer and digital securities oversight.

Implement semantic policy engines capable of converting regulatory text into executable digital logic.

Lead initiatives ensuring cross-chain interoperability while maintaining institutional trust and security.

Establish AI-driven transparency metrics, auditability frameworks, and ethical governance standards.

Collaborate with international regulators to harmonize Kuwait’s blockchain policy frameworks with global best practices.
Qualifications

Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Blockchain Engineering, RegTech Systems, or Computational Law.

10+ years of experience in blockchain governance, digital asset infrastructure, or AI regulatory systems.

Expertise in smart contract protocols, cross-chain interoperability, and automated compliance.

Familiarity with Kuwait’s fintech regulatory environment and global blockchain standards.
