Position Overview
The Director of Blockchain & Digital Asset Infrastructure will architect and oversee the implementation of UAE’s next-generation digital finance infrastructure, including tokenized assets, blockchain networks, and decentralized finance platforms. This role ensures interoperability, security, and compliance with international financial standards while supporting scalable, innovative fintech solutions.
Core Responsibilities

Lead the design of enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure for digital assets and programmable finance.

Develop cross-chain interoperability protocols for seamless asset transfers across domestic and international networks.

Oversee implementation of smart contract governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational security.

Candidate Profile

Master’s or Ph.D. in Blockchain Technology, Digital Finance, or Cryptography.

10+ years in blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or decentralized finance strategy.

Expertise in smart contracts, tokenization, and secure distributed ledger systems.

Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, international digital asset standards, and cross-border compliance.
