This director-level role requires a fintech leader with deep expertise in building AI-powered investment platforms, delivering algorithmic portfolio management, and ensuring regulatory compliance in both local and international wealth environments. The successful candidate will balance quantitative innovation with robust governance, enabling Qatar’s financial sector to offer globally competitive investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI/ML-enabled digital platforms for portfolio optimization and risk management.

• Oversee the design of robo-advisory solutions for both retail and institutional investors.

• Integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards into digital wealth platforms.

• Collaborate with fintech accelerators, data scientists, and asset managers on advanced wealth solutions.

• Ensure full compliance with Qatar Central Bank frameworks and global financial standards.

• Drive adoption of predictive analytics, financial modeling, and algorithmic trading strategies.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Data Science, or Financial Engineering.

• 10+ years of fintech or wealth management experience, with direct exposure to AI-driven platforms.

• Strong technical background in financial data analytics, high-performance computing, and algorithmic finance.

• Proven record of building scalable investment solutions for international markets.

• Familiarity with GCC financial regulatory and investment landscapes.
