Role Overview

As Qatar invests in next-generation financial intelligence, this role will lead the creation of WealthTech solutions powered by AI-driven portfolio analytics, robo-advisory platforms, and algorithmic asset allocation systems. The Director will define frameworks for predictive modeling, customer personalization, and digital wealth ecosystems aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect robo-advisory platforms integrating AI-based risk profiling and behavioral analytics.

• Implement predictive portfolio intelligence systems leveraging deep learning and reinforcement learning.

• Oversee ESG-driven investment algorithms aligned with global sustainability standards.

• Ensure compliance with QCB regulations and international AI governance principles.

• Lead multi-disciplinary, remote-first teams spanning AI research, financial engineering, and data ethics.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of fintech or wealth management innovation with an AI/ML specialization.

• Expertise in quantitative finance, predictive analytics, and algorithmic portfolio design.

• Strong technical grounding in NLP, generative AI, and graph-based models for financial networks.

• Global leadership experience across distributed R&D and fintech product teams.
