Position Overview:

We are seeking a Director of AI-Driven Wealth & Risk Management to spearhead Bahrain’s intelligent financial solutions initiatives. This executive role integrates AI, predictive analytics, automated wealth management, and risk intelligence to deliver next-generation digital finance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect AI-powered wealth management and risk analytics platforms for institutional and retail clients.

• Lead remote teams in predictive modeling, scenario planning, and automated advisory solutions.

• Ensure compliance with Bahrain Central Bank regulations, cybersecurity protocols, and international best practices.

• Advise on digital asset strategies, fintech innovation, and investment product development.

• Represent Bahrain’s fintech initiatives in global forums, advisory panels, and thought leadership events.

• Drive strategic innovation for cross-border payments, digital assets, and AI-enabled financial services.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Finance, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

• 10–15 years of experience in wealth management, risk analytics, or digital finance leadership.

• Proven expertise in AI-driven analytics, automated investment strategies, and predictive modeling.

• Strong experience leading remote, multi-disciplinary teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Bahrain’s fintech regulatory environment.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with robo-advisory platforms, digital asset management, or algorithmic trading solutions.

• Thought leadership, publications, or presentations in fintech innovation or AI finance.

• Exceptional strategic planning, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
