Role Overview

This director-level role targets an elite professional capable of steering the creation of AI-powered wealth management infrastructures and hyper-personalised digital advisory engines for Kuwait’s modernising financial market. The role spans deep technical leadership, quantitative modelling, regulatory alignment, cross-platform architecture, and long-horizon digital strategy. The successful candidate will oversee development of advanced robo-advisory systems, algorithmic wealth orchestration engines, and AI-enabled investment intelligence frameworks tailored to Kuwait’s market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of autonomous wealth-automation systems integrating AI-driven portfolio construction, risk alignment logic, behavioural finance scoring, and liquidity optimisation.

• Develop rule-based advisory engines that harmonise market data, macro-economic indicators, sentiment analytics, and client-specific modelling inputs.

• Design high-precision investment intelligence modules using deep learning, NLP-driven signal extraction, and multi-factor predictive modelling.

• Oversee construction of real-time market orchestration pipelines including asset signalling layers, execution-intelligence systems, and automated rebalancing flows.

• Ensure full compliance with Kuwait’s wealth-management regulatory frameworks, data-governance requirements, risk segmentation expectations, and remote-advisory standards.

• Produce strategic documentation including investment automation blueprints, risk-governance frameworks, technical roadmap artefacts, and executive advisory papers.

• Collaborate with global quant engineers, AI specialists, compliance units, and product designers to deliver multi-layer enterprise wealth solutions.

Required Expertise

• 10+ years’ experience in wealth management technology, quantitative financial engineering, or AI-driven advisory systems.

• Advanced proficiency in ML/AI modelling, data engineering, financial algorithms, and investment optimisation.

• Deep understanding of GCC wealth-management regulatory structures with emphasis on Kuwait.

• Strong experience building enterprise-grade financial engines and digital advisory frameworks.

• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary remote engineering teams.
