Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Director to develop the human-capital strategy required to support sophisticated fintech growth.

The role addresses a critical challenge within financial technology: building organizations capable of combining software engineering, financial expertise, data science, cybersecurity, product development and commercial intelligence at scale.

The successful Director will create workforce strategies aligned with technological transformation, business expansion and the evolving skills requirements of modern financial services.

Executive Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive fintech workforce strategy aligned with organizational growth.

  • Identify critical technology and financial capabilities required for future expansion.

  • Build talent frameworks for engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, finance and fintech operations.

  • Establish workforce-planning models using business and talent analytics.

  • Develop senior-level talent acquisition and succession strategies.

  • Design frameworks for identifying high-potential fintech professionals.

  • Establish competency models for emerging financial-technology disciplines.

  • Partner with executive leadership on organizational design.

  • Develop strategies for reskilling and upskilling teams as financial technology evolves.

  • Introduce data-driven approaches to workforce planning and talent performance.

  • Establish metrics covering workforce productivity, capability development and retention.

  • Develop leadership pipelines for critical fintech functions.

  • Support organizational transformation during major technology programmes.

  • Build partnerships with professional institutions, technology communities and specialist talent networks.

Executive Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Finance, Technology or a related discipline; advanced qualification preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent strategy, workforce transformation, fintech, financial services or technology organizations.

  • Demonstrated experience designing workforce strategies for complex organizations.

  • Strong understanding of fintech technical and professional talent markets.

  • Experience with workforce analytics and organizational design.

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

  • Ability to translate business strategy into practical human-capital architecture.
