Working remotely while aligned with Oman’s fintech direction, the Director is responsible for shaping strategic frameworks that enable fintech platforms, participants, and use cases to grow coherently.

The role blends strategy, ecosystem thinking, and market design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design fintech ecosystem strategies that support sustainable growth

• Identify structural gaps and opportunities within digital financial markets

• Define enablement frameworks for fintech adoption and expansion

• Coordinate strategic alignment across technology, market, and delivery layers

• Establish metrics to measure ecosystem maturity and performance

• Produce strategic papers and long-term development roadmaps

• Fintech ecosystem design and coordination

• Market structure and participation models

• Enablement strategies for innovation and scale

• Adoption frameworks and value creation logic

• Long-term digital finance positioning

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 11–16 years in fintech strategy, ecosystem development, or financial innovation

• Strong market and systems-level thinking

• Experience operating at senior strategic or advisory level

• Excellent communication and strategic documentation skills

• Comfortable leading abstract, long-term initiatives
