Leadership Brief
We are seeking an accomplished Director to lead the strategic evolution of a diversified fintech product portfolio.
The role is responsible for determining which products should be built, improved, scaled, repositioned or retired, while ensuring that innovation remains closely connected to customer demand, commercial performance and technological feasibility.
Leadership Responsibilities

Establish the strategic vision for the fintech product portfolio.

Develop multi-year product roadmaps across digital financial services.

Evaluate product-market opportunities and prioritize investment.

Establish portfolio-level performance metrics and governance.

Lead product managers across multiple financial technology domains.

Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and product economics.

Identify opportunities for new fintech products and revenue streams.

Oversee product discovery, development, launch and optimization.
-
Coordinate product strategy with engineering, design, finance, risk and commercial teams.

Evaluate emerging fintech technologies and their potential product applications.

Develop business cases for major product investments.

Establish product lifecycle-management frameworks.

Review portfolio performance and redirect resources where required.

Represent product strategy at executive and strategic-partner level.
Executive Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related discipline; advanced qualification preferred.

10+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, digital products or technology.

5+ years in senior product-management or product-leadership positions.

Strong understanding of financial technology business models.

Demonstrated success taking complex digital products from concept to scale.

Strong commercial, analytical and strategic capabilities.

Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
