The role goes beyond traditional product management by integrating economics, adoption psychology, and lifecycle value analysis.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Define fintech product strategies grounded in economic viability and user behavior

• Design adoption frameworks that drive sustained engagement and retention

• Translate technical fintech functionality into market-ready value propositions

• Establish product performance metrics tied to economic outcomes

• Govern product lifecycles from concept through maturity

• Continuously refine strategy based on adoption data and usage patterns

• Product value modelling and monetisation logic

• Adoption, engagement, and retention frameworks

• Market segmentation and use-case prioritisation

• Feature-to-value traceability

• Long-term product sustainability

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 9–15 years in fintech product strategy, digital finance, or platform economics

• Proven experience scaling fintech products or platforms

• Strong analytical thinking combined with market intuition

• Excellent narrative and stakeholder communication skills

• Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end
