Role Summary
A fast-growing fintech enterprise is searching for an accomplished Director – FinTech Product Acceleration & Market Expansion to lead the commercialisation of innovative financial products across the Gulf region.
The successful candidate will oversee product strategy, market intelligence, customer experience optimisation, commercial partnerships, and go-to-market execution for a diverse portfolio of digital financial solutions.
This role is ideal for an executive who combines strategic vision with operational excellence and possesses a passion for launching products that reshape financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership
- Develop enterprise fintech product roadmaps.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Identify high-growth market opportunities.
- Drive customer-centric innovation initiatives.
- Build competitive market positioning strategies.
Commercial Growth
- Develop regional expansion strategies.
- Strengthen strategic commercial partnerships.
- Coordinate multi-country product launches.
- Analyse customer and market insights.
- Improve revenue generation initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional product teams.
- Mentor product managers and analysts.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations.
- Present product strategies to executive leadership.
- Promote innovation across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems, or Technology.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fintech product management, digital banking, or financial technology.
- Strong commercial strategy and leadership skills.
- Experience launching digital financial products across multiple markets.
