Role Definition
Saudi Arabia’s fintech ecosystem is scaling rapidly, requiring robust infrastructure capable of supporting high-growth digital financial platforms. This role is designed for a Director who can lead large-scale infrastructure delivery programs across multi-cloud environments.
This is an execution-intensive role, focused on translating architecture into production-grade systems.
Program Delivery Mandate
You will lead delivery across:
- Multi-cloud fintech platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) implementations
- Platform scalability and performance optimization
- DevOps and CI/CD pipeline automation
- Security and compliance integration into infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of fintech infrastructure programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, security, and operations
- Ensure timely execution of platform deployments and upgrades
- Implement DevOps best practices and continuous delivery frameworks
- Monitor system performance and scalability metrics
- Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Technical Environment
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Infrastructure tools: Terraform, Ansible
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitLab CI
- Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana

- 12–16 years in infrastructure delivery or technical program management
- Strong experience in fintech or large-scale digital platforms
