Executive Mandate
Provide architectural leadership for complex financial-technology ecosystems, establishing the technical blueprint for scalable digital banking, payment and financial-data platforms.
Strategic Responsibilities

Define enterprise architecture strategy across fintech products and platforms.

Govern architecture for APIs, microservices, event-driven systems and cloud infrastructure.

Lead modernization of legacy financial technology environments.
-
Establish standards for scalability, resilience, security and interoperability.

Review major technology proposals and architectural decisions.

Partner with product and engineering leadership to translate business strategy into technical roadmaps.

Oversee integration architecture across banking, payments and third-party financial services.

Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their enterprise applicability.

Establish architecture governance, technical standards and review processes.

Mentor senior architects and technical leaders.
Qualifications
-
12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, fintech, banking technology or financial software.

5+ years in senior architecture leadership.

Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms and financial APIs.

Experience with high-volume transaction environments.

Proven record of large-scale technology modernization.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
