Core Objective
To design and operationalize a data-centric fintech platform that enables:

System Architecture Layers
1. Data Foundation Layer
- Build scalable data lakes and warehouses
- Integrate structured and unstructured financial data sources
- Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage tracking
2. AI & Machine Learning Layer
- Develop predictive models for:
- Credit risk assessment
- Fraud detection
- Customer behavior analysis
- Implement continuous model training and optimization pipelines
3. Intelligent Automation Layer
- Automate financial workflows using AI-driven decision engines
- Implement robotic process automation (RPA) for operational efficiency
- Enable real-time decision-making across fintech systems
4. Analytics & Insight Layer
- Build dashboards and reporting systems for stakeholders
- Enable real-time business intelligence
- Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Responsibilities
- Lead development of data and AI infrastructure for fintech platforms
- Ensure scalability and performance of data systems
- Align AI models with regulatory and ethical standards
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams
Technical Stack
- Data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Hadoop ecosystems)
- ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Streaming systems (Kafka, Spark Streaming)
- Automation tools (RPA platforms, workflow engines)
Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years in data engineering, AI/ML, or fintech analytics
- Strong expertise in large-scale data systems and machine learning
- Experience in financial services or fintech environments
- Ability to translate data insights into business impact
