A prestigious fintech organization is seeking a strategic cybersecurity leader to oversee the protection of mission-critical financial platforms against emerging digital threats.
As Director – Financial Cyber Intelligence & Digital Risk, you will develop advanced cyber defense strategies, lead security operations, strengthen enterprise resilience, and implement innovative risk management frameworks to safeguard digital financial services.
You will work closely with executive leadership, technology teams, and governance functions to ensure the highest standards of cybersecurity across complex financial infrastructures.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy for financial platforms.
- Oversee threat intelligence and incident response operations.
- Design proactive cyber defense frameworks.
- Implement digital risk governance and security standards.
- Strengthen identity and access management programs.
- Direct vulnerability management and penetration testing initiatives.
- Develop AI-assisted threat detection capabilities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience within financial services or fintech.
- Proven leadership in enterprise security operations.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security, digital identity, and cyber risk management.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent are highly regarded.
