Transform Financial Operations Through Intelligent Automation
A world-class fintech organization is recruiting a highly accomplished Director – Enterprise Financial Automation to lead enterprise-wide automation initiatives that redefine operational excellence across digital financial services.
You will oversee the implementation of intelligent workflow technologies, optimize enterprise financial operations, and develop automation strategies that improve efficiency, reduce operational complexity, and strengthen customer experience throughout the organization.
Leadership Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise technology, fintech, automation, or operational transformation.
- Strong experience leading large-scale automation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise transformation programmes.
