This position is structured for a senior fintech product and technology leader tasked with designing, architecting, and scaling advanced digital wealth management platforms. With Bahrain as the strategic market reference, the role covers digital advisory, automated portfolio management, personalized investment engines, and hybrid wealth ecosystems.
The position requires cross-disciplinary leadership, combining fintech product strategy, platform architecture, data-driven personalization, and regulatory-aware governance, with a global outlook for cross-border service scalability.
Core Responsibilities

Define the architecture and strategic roadmap for digital wealth platforms, including advisory, discretionary management, and hybrid investment models.

Lead integration of advanced analytics, personalization engines, and digital onboarding frameworks.

Oversee product lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment across multiple jurisdictions.

Establish governance and risk frameworks for automated financial advisory tools and digital wealth solutions.

Drive innovation in wealthtech and embedded financial products, ensuring scalability, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client experience.

Serve as a thought leader and strategic advisor for digital investment and wealth platform expansion.
Professional Profile & Experience

14–20+ years in digital wealth management, fintech product leadership, or investment technology architecture.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial products into intuitive digital platforms.

Deep knowledge of portfolio systems, investment data integration, and platform scalability.

Executive-level strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
Compensation Structure (Indicative, International Benchmark)

Base Salary: USD 180,000 – 240,000 per annum.

Annual Variable Incentive: 25–40% of base salary.

Long-Term Product Success Incentive: Up to USD 85,000 annually, linked to platform adoption and innovation milestones.
