This position is centered on transforming digital banking into a hyper-personalized, data-driven customer experience ecosystem. The Director will lead initiatives that integrate behavioral analytics, AI-driven personalization, and seamless user journeys across digital financial platforms.


Core Responsibility Ecosystem

I. Customer Experience Architecture

  • Design end-to-end digital banking journeys optimized for engagement and retention.

  • Identify friction points and implement seamless user experience solutions.

  • Align product design with customer behavioral insights.

II. Personalization & AI Integration

  • Develop AI-driven recommendation engines for financial products.

  • Implement dynamic personalization across mobile and web platforms.

  • Leverage customer data to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

III. Data-Driven Product Optimization

  • Establish analytics frameworks for tracking user behavior and product performance.

  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.

  • Continuously refine digital products based on data insights.

IV. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with engineering, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Ensure alignment between customer experience and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead agile product teams in remote environments.


Candidate Requirements

  • 12+ years in digital banking, fintech product, or customer experience leadership.

  • Strong expertise in UX design, behavioral analytics, and AI-driven personalization.

  • Experience with data platforms, analytics tools, and customer journey mapping.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams remotely.
