This executive role combines strategic leadership, fintech innovation, digital transformation, and relationship management to build scalable banking solutions that empower businesses operating in an increasingly connected financial landscape.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise banking strategies supporting commercial and institutional clients.
• Lead digital corporate banking initiatives including cash management, treasury services, and payment solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver API-enabled financial services and embedded banking capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement through innovative financial products.
• Oversee solution implementation from design through successful deployment.
• Strengthen operational governance, regulatory readiness, and business performance.
• Analyze market trends and emerging financial technologies.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams focused on innovation, service excellence, and sustainable growth.
• Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Information Technology.
• Extensive experience in corporate banking, fintech, or financial technology leadership.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking products, digital transformation, payment ecosystems, and financial analytics.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
