Executive Mandate
Lead the modernization and continuous evolution of enterprise banking platforms supporting digital financial products, high-volume transactions and next-generation customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Define the strategic roadmap for banking-platform modernization.

Lead transformation of legacy banking systems into scalable digital architectures.

Oversee platform engineering, integration, API and application-development teams.

Establish architecture and engineering standards for mission-critical financial systems.

Drive cloud adoption, platform resilience and operational automation.

Coordinate integrations across payment, customer, identity and financial-data systems.

Establish platform KPIs covering availability, performance, scalability and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

12+ years in banking technology, fintech, enterprise software or digital transformation.

Significant experience leading large technology organizations.

Strong understanding of core banking, APIs, distributed systems and cloud architecture.

Experience managing complex technology transformation programs.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
