Strategic Vision

This role leads the construction of financial intelligence platforms that power decision-making across digital banks and fintech ecosystems. The Director governs how data ingestion, analytics engines, risk models, and AI-driven insights are embedded directly into banking and payments infrastructure.

The objective is to transform raw financial data into real-time intelligence systems that guide risk, pricing, operational decisions, and strategic growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect financial intelligence platforms spanning banking and payments data.

• Design AI-enabled analytics engines for risk detection, behavioral analysis, and forecasting.

• Establish data governance models ensuring accuracy, traceability, and auditability.

• Integrate intelligence systems into core banking and payments platforms.

• Define real-time dashboards and executive reporting frameworks.

• Lead globally distributed data engineers, analytics specialists, and platform architects.

• Produce institutional-grade documentation on financial intelligence system design.

Professional Background

• 15–22 years of experience in fintech analytics, banking intelligence, or financial systems.

• Deep expertise in financial data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI integration.

• Strong understanding of banking operations and risk frameworks.

• Excellent leadership and strategic communication skills.

• Proven success in remote, multinational fintech environments.

Compensation & Engagement

• Annual Compensation: AED 950,000 – 1,600,000 (tax-free)
