Role Overview
This is a strategic technical leadership role responsible for the design, evolution, and governance of digital wealth platforms. The position treats wealth management as a system architecture challenge, focusing on platform scalability, capital flow logic, and operational transparency, rather than portfolio advisory.
Strategic Goals

Architect modular digital wealth platforms supporting multi-asset strategies and diversified investor profiles.

Define capital allocation logic, portfolio intelligence, and risk visibility frameworks.

Establish system-wide transparency, performance attribution, and regulatory alignment.

Design investor lifecycle architecture from onboarding through portfolio maturation.

Integrate advanced analytics, AI-driven personalization, and automation to optimize wealth platform operations.
Core Responsibilities

Produce long-form platform blueprints and system architecture documentation.

Define robust data models for performance, risk, and portfolio attribution analytics.

Align platform functionality with regulatory standards and investor protection guidelines.

Professional Requirements

12+ years in wealth technology platforms, fintech product architecture, or investment systems.

Strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio theory, and digital asset management.

Ability to translate financial complexity into scalable, auditable, and resilient digital systems.

Exceptional documentation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
