Position Overview
We are seeking a commercially sophisticated Strategist to develop growth and transformation strategies across digital wealth management, investment platforms, financial products, and technology-enabled customer experiences.
The position combines financial-services strategy, product intelligence, customer economics, technology trends, and market analysis. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to build differentiated digital financial propositions and develop strategic frameworks that translate market opportunities into scalable fintech products.
This role is particularly suited to a professional who can analyze complex market dynamics while maintaining a practical understanding of product development, customer behavior, investment technology, and digital financial ecosystems.
Strategic Responsibilities

Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for digital simplification.

Develop market-entry and expansion strategies for financial technology products.

Assess strategic partnerships and ecosystem opportunities.

Monitor developments in AI, financial analytics, digital investing, automated advisory technology, and personalized financial services.

Prepare executive-level market intelligence and investment recommendations.

Establish performance indicators for strategic initiatives and monitor their commercial impact.

Support portfolio prioritization by assessing market attractiveness, financial potential, technological feasibility, and execution complexity.

Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to identify emerging threats and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.

MBA, Master’s degree, CFA, or comparable professional qualification is advantageous.

7+ years of experience in fintech strategy, wealth management, investment technology, digital banking, consulting, product strategy, or financial services.

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing business or digital strategies.

Strong financial and commercial analysis capabilities.

Understanding of digital investment platforms and technology-enabled financial products.

Excellent market-research and competitive-analysis skills.

Strong ability to convert complex data into concise strategic recommendations.
