The Global Head will drive innovation across merchant acquiring, payment gateways, digital wallets, and embedded payment solutions, ensuring that financial transactions are fast, reliable, and deeply integrated into digital commerce ecosystems.
Strategic Responsibilities
Payments Platform Development

Design and scale high-performance payment processing platforms

Integrate payment gateways, wallets, and acquiring systems

Ensure real-time transaction processing and settlement
Merchant Ecosystem Expansion

Build and manage multi-merchant payment ecosystems

Enable seamless onboarding and integration of merchants

Develop monetization strategies within payment platforms
Transaction Security & Optimization

Implement fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems

Optimize transaction success rates and processing efficiency

Ensure compliance with financial security and data protection standards
Technology & Payments Stack

Regulatory Framework

Candidate Profile

15–20 years in digital payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech platforms

Expertise in payment processing, fraud prevention, and transaction optimization
