Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Assets & Fintech Innovation Strategist to lead strategy, design, and integration of digital asset and blockchain-enabled financial solutions in Oman. The role demands expertise in emerging fintech models, digital payments, and regulatory-compliant digital finance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic roadmaps for digital asset platforms, tokenized financial products, and blockchain-based services.

Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and market analysis for fintech innovations.

Collaborate with Oman Central Bank and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.

Lead initiatives for operational resilience, cybersecurity, and risk mitigation.

Identify and integrate emerging technology trends to enhance competitive fintech capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:

Advanced degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

10+ years in digital finance, blockchain strategy, or fintech innovation.

Expertise in digital asset management, tokenization, and payment solutions.

Strong knowledge of Oman’s regulatory and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to lead international, cross-functional remote teams.
