An internationally expanding fintech institution is seeking an accomplished Developer – Fintech Platform Engineering to develop high-performance financial applications supporting digital banking, payment orchestration, embedded finance, AI-powered financial services, and enterprise transaction processing.
This role is designed for innovative software professionals passionate about building secure, scalable, and resilient fintech platforms capable of delivering exceptional digital financial experiences to millions of users worldwide.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade fintech applications.
- Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs supporting digital banking ecosystems.
- Develop secure payment processing and financial transaction services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and availability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, and DevOps teams.
- Integrate cloud-native technologies and containerized deployment pipelines.
- Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Implement secure coding standards and software engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues while continuously improving platform reliability.
- Research emerging fintech technologies to support future product innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Strong experience developing fintech, banking, or payment technology applications.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and API development.
- Strong analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills.
