Technical Mandate
An accomplished Developer is required to engineer blockchain-enabled financial applications and distributed systems for emerging digital-finance use cases.
The position is intended for a software professional who can combine conventional application engineering with distributed-ledger technology, cryptographic principles, smart-contract development and financial-system integration.
The successful candidate will contribute to secure, scalable applications capable of interacting with blockchain networks and conventional financial infrastructure.
Engineering Responsibilities

Develop production-grade blockchain and fintech applications.

Build and maintain smart-contract integrations where commercially appropriate.

Develop backend services supporting blockchain-enabled financial applications.

Integrate blockchain networks with conventional APIs and financial platforms.

Design secure data flows between distributed and centralized systems.

Conduct code reviews and improve software quality.

Develop automated testing frameworks for critical financial functionality.

Diagnose performance, reliability and integration issues.

Collaborate with security engineers to identify software vulnerabilities.

Develop APIs connecting blockchain applications with external services.

Monitor application performance and transaction reliability.

Participate in technical architecture and product-development discussions.

Research emerging distributed-ledger technologies and evaluate practical applications.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

5+ years of professional software-development experience.

Demonstrable experience with blockchain or distributed-ledger technologies.

Strong proficiency in one or more of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go or Solidity.

Experience developing REST APIs and distributed applications.

Strong understanding of databases, cloud environments and software-development lifecycle practices.

Familiarity with cryptography, wallets, digital signatures and blockchain transaction models.

Strong testing, debugging and secure-coding practices.
