A fast-growing fintech banking organization is establishing a next-generation Financial Security Operations Centre (FinSOC) and is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and operational resilience across enterprise banking systems.
This leadership role is ideal for professionals who excel at coordinating multidisciplinary security teams, managing high-impact incidents, and building operational frameworks that strengthen cyber resilience while supporting business growth.
Your Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead a 24/7 Financial Security Operations Centre.
- Develop enterprise incident response strategies.
- Manage threat intelligence and security monitoring programmes.
- Coordinate investigations into cyber incidents and security events.
- Oversee vulnerability management initiatives.
- Improve security automation and orchestration capabilities.
- Collaborate with software engineering and infrastructure teams.
- Support digital banking security programmes.
- Present executive security dashboards and performance metrics.
- Develop cyber resilience and operational readiness strategies.
- Mentor security analysts and incident responders.
- Drive continuous improvement across security operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of enterprise cybersecurity experience.
- Previous leadership experience within a Security Operations Centre (SOC).
- Strong understanding of digital banking threats, cloud security, and enterprise incident response.
