Position Brief:
We are hiring a Cross-Border AI Compliance Orchestration Lead to helm a sophisticated AI-enabled compliance infrastructure for cross-GCC and international fintech regulation. This role will be based remotely and is tailored for a compliance innovator with expertise in machine-readable regulation, AI inference modeling, and multi-jurisdictional fintech law.
Operating from the regulatory epicenter of the UAE, you will deploy policy-driven AI engines that adapt dynamically to cross-border changes in digital banking laws, AML/KYC regimes, and crypto-asset frameworks.
Responsibilities:

Build and scale a real-time regulatory knowledge graph using AI/ML techniques to ingest, model, and update changes in GCC, EU, and APAC fintech regulation.

Design explainable AI (XAI) engines that can trace decisions across compliance scenarios, with backtesting and audit trails.

Integrate the compliance AI engine into fintech partner APIs, SaaS platforms, and RegTech control panels via secure cloud infrastructure.

Collaborate with central banks, digital asset licensing authorities (e.g., VARA, ADGM), and supranational fintech regulators on cross-border enforcement policy automation.

Create customizable AI-driven rulebooks for fintechs based on user profile (e.g., virtual asset service provider, neobank, BNPL lender).

Ensure alignment with ISO 37301, FATF recommendations, OECD digital tax standards, and W3C decentralized identity frameworks.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

10+ years of regulatory compliance, AI-based legal automation, or fintech governance experience.

Master’s or Ph.D. in Regulatory Technology, AI Ethics, Computational Law, or Financial Regulation.

Demonstrated excellence in regulatory orchestration, natural language processing (NLP), and legal knowledge representation.

Proficiency in tools such as spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, Neo4j, GPT-based prompt engineering, and MLflow.

Experience integrating RegTech infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions with varying financial and legal systems.

Strong stakeholder engagement across legal teams, engineers, policymakers, and risk strategists.
