Consulting Proposition
We are seeking a strategic Fintech Operating Model & Scale Consultant to help technology-driven financial businesses build operating structures capable of supporting rapid growth without sacrificing control, efficiency, or customer experience.
The Consultant will examine the relationship between people, processes, technology, governance, data, vendors, and financial products, then design scalable operating frameworks.
Consulting Responsibilities

Assess current fintech operating models and organisational structures.

Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, and control gaps.

Design target operating models for growing fintech businesses.

Develop scalable workflows across product, operations, technology, finance, and customer functions.

Identify opportunities for automation and intelligent process redesign.
-
Develop operating-model business cases and transformation roadmaps.
-
Define service-level agreements and performance indicators.
-
Analyse technology and third-party dependencies.
-
Evaluate organisational capabilities required to support new products and markets.

Develop governance frameworks for cross-functional fintech programmes.

Benchmark operating practices against international fintech models.
-
Support implementation teams during operating-model transitions.
-
Prepare executive recommendations covering cost, efficiency, scalability, and organisational capability.
Qualifications
-
7–10 years of experience in management consulting, fintech, banking, digital transformation, business strategy, or financial services.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Strong understanding of fintech operating structures.
-
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and organisational transformation.

Strong analytical and financial-modelling skills.

Excellent executive presentation and stakeholder-management capabilities.

MBA, MSc, PMP, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

Indicative Compensation
OMR 3,400–5,300 monthly + benefits, depending on experience and consulting scope.
