A fast-growing international fintech institution is searching for a forward-thinking Consultant – Business Data Analytics to help shape enterprise strategy by delivering actionable insights across digital banking, blockchain-enabled services, financial operations, risk intelligence, and product innovation.
This consulting-focused position is suited to professionals who can bridge business strategy with advanced analytics, enabling leaders to make informed decisions that accelerate organizational growth and competitive advantage.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced business and financial data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Build predictive models and forecasting frameworks for executive decision-making.
- Design enterprise reporting solutions and executive dashboards.
- Analyze operational performance, customer engagement, revenue trends, and product profitability.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Recommend process improvements based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Support AI and machine learning initiatives through high-quality data preparation and analysis.
- Perform market intelligence and competitive benchmarking.
- Deliver presentations and strategic reports to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to enterprise data governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, banking, consulting, or enterprise analytics.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts, financial modeling, and data governance practices.
- Strong business acumen, analytical reasoning, and stakeholder management skills.
