An innovative fintech banking organization is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Executive to provide personalized support to retail, SME, and high-value clients across a rapidly growing portfolio of digital financial products.

Rather than operating within a traditional call-centre environment, you will become a dedicated relationship partner, helping customers maximize the value of intelligent banking solutions while ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, efficiency, and empathy.

You will work closely with Digital Banking Consultants, Product Teams, Fraud Specialists, Payment Operations, Risk Management, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across every touchpoint.


Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned customers.
  • Assist clients with account services, digital banking products, and payment solutions.
  • Resolve customer concerns through proactive case management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and follow-up activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Introduce customers to relevant fintech solutions based on their financial needs.
  • Monitor customer feedback and recommend operational improvements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction histories.
  • Support service quality initiatives and operational excellence programmes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of customer relationship experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital banking and financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
