An internationally recognized fintech group is seeking a visionary Chief Value Creation Officer to drive enterprise-wide growth initiatives, strategic investments, operational transformation, commercial excellence, and innovation across an expanding portfolio of digital financial services.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for maximizing organizational value by aligning technology, customer strategy, financial performance, and market expansion into a unified long-term growth agenda.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise value creation and growth strategies.
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives across business units.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, market segments, and investment priorities.
- Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial planning and resource allocation.
- Strengthen organizational performance through operational excellence.
- Build executive relationships with investors, regulators, and institutional partners.
- Monitor enterprise performance using strategic KPIs and business intelligence.
- Present corporate strategy updates to the Board of Directors.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Technology.
- MBA or internationally recognized executive qualification required.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise growth, transformation, and commercial strategy.
- Outstanding executive communication, negotiation, governance, and organizational leadership capabilities.
