Key Responsibilities

• Define Saudi Arabia’s open finance blueprint, focusing on interoperability and cross-border standardization.

• Oversee deployment of instant payment platforms and CBDC integration pilots.

• Build frameworks for digital identity, biometrics, and AI-driven transaction authentication.

• Guide collaborative ecosystems across regulators, banks, and fintech startups.

• Ensure consumer protection, systemic resilience, and scalability of payment infrastructure.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of leadership in payments, digital banking, or fintech transformation.

• Expertise in ISO 20022, open API architectures, and advanced digital security models.

• Advanced qualifications in Economics, Finance, or Computer Science.

• Proven experience in aligning fintech growth with global regulatory frameworks.
