Role Synopsis

This position leads the design, deployment, and enforcement of RegTech frameworks governing automated policy interpretation, algorithmic compliance enforcement, supervisory intelligence orchestration, and digital conduct monitoring. You will architect policy rule engines, anomaly baselines, knowledge graphs, and supervisory dashboards that correlate real-time transactional telemetry with regulatory expectation vectors.

Macro-Level Responsibilities

• Construct policy interpretation engines converting regulatory text into machine-executable logic graphs via semantic parsing.

• Deploy conduct analytics using behavioral clustering, sentiment classification, and suitability deviation detection.

• Govern entity risk scoring surfaces combining network centrality, exposure velocity, and directional liquidity flows.

Supervisory Intelligence Engineering

• Implement compliance drift detection signaling deviations from standard operating risk thresholds.

• Deploy model lineage enforcing transparency across AI inference pathways.

• Construct regulatory feedback loops allowing supervised adaptation of threshold vectors.

Reporting & Visualization

• Build regulatory cockpit dashboards presenting compliance anomalies, liquidity fragmentation contour maps, and concentration hazard projections.

• Incorporate graph analytics highlighting transaction clusters associated with non-obvious risk spillovers.

AI + Natural Language Regulation

• Use transformer-based embeddings to convert legal paragraphs into structured constraint trees.

• Apply semantic comparison vectors to detect conflicting policy overlap.

Compliance Automation Layers

• Deploy smart contract-based policy enforcement, enabling conditional transaction allowances.

• Construct conflict-of-interest detection using identity graph triangulation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in RegTech, supervisory intelligence, algorithmic compliance, or digital policy automation.
