Role Overview
The Remote Chief Strategist of Multi-Chain Payment Networks will lead the development and operationalization of algorithmic payment and liquidity strategies for Bahrain’s tokenized asset markets. You will architect dynamic liquidity routing frameworks, optimize cross-chain settlement, and manage systemic risk, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory alignment.
Your work will integrate quantitative modeling, risk engineering, and operational leadership, ensuring that multi-chain payment systems operate efficiently, resiliently, and at scale. You will also lead cross-functional teams in implementing complex liquidity strategies while aligning with Bahrain’s fintech regulatory ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Architect multi-chain payment networks integrating liquidity optimization and real-time settlement mechanisms.

Candidate Profile

PhD or equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Computational Economics, or Systems Engineering.

10+ years of experience in crypto finance, algorithmic payments, or liquidity management.

Expertise in cross-chain optimization, systemic risk modeling, and operational execution.

Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary and technically complex environments.

Familiarity with Bahrain fintech regulation and GCC digital asset frameworks.
