Role Overview
As the Remote Chief Strategist of Algorithmic Payments & Crypto Liquidity, you will architect and oversee frameworks that integrate algorithmic payment systems with advanced liquidity management across tokenized asset networks in Saudi Arabia. Your responsibilities combine quantitative finance, operational strategy, and multi-chain optimization, ensuring seamless settlement, liquidity stability, and systemic resilience.
You will lead the design of adaptive liquidity allocation frameworks that dynamically respond to cross-chain transaction flows, network congestion, and market volatility. Your work will also incorporate algorithmic routing strategies for high-frequency payments, ensuring that tokenized transactions are both efficient and resilient under extreme market conditions.
The position demands both strategic vision and technical leadership, bridging complex quantitative models with operational execution in the rapidly evolving GCC crypto and fintech landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Quantitative Finance, Computational Economics, or Systems Engineering.

10+ years of experience in crypto finance, decentralized liquidity management, or algorithmic payment systems.

Expertise in cross-chain liquidity optimization, high-frequency payments, and risk modeling.
